We purchased a brand new 2025 Airstream Trade Wind from Portland/Oregon Airstream Adventures Northwest on 1/21/2025, to take on a cross country move to the east coast. From the day we bought it until today we have had multiple significant issues with the plumbing systems, primarily the water heater working intermittently or not at all. On our trip cross country we took several detours from our plans to have it seen several times by licensed Airstream dealers (Salt Lake City Airstream could not give appointment, Denver, Airstream Factory Service Center Ohio, Airstream of Southern New England Connecticut, Blue Compass RV Albany NY) and experienced a broad spectrum of conflicting inform

Outstanding service on the door to our 2001 Classic. We had just left the Airstream International Rally and noticed the bottom hinge of the door was quite loose and could not be tightened any further. They squeezed us in since we were traveling through. Marc did a great job.

Very easy choosing, purchasing and financing of our camper. Howard was the best! Walk thru at delivery was performed flawlessly with all questions being answered. Weight distributing hitch was done professionally completed with no need for adjustments after first trip. Very well done.

Great camper store! We have had no problems with the coachmen that we got here. Update: Some installations have not been correct and our unit has been there about 5 times because there is always something that the service department screws up on. At one point for once everything was fine with our camper but someone broke our outside kitchen door while it was just finished being worked on and it had to go back again! And the new door wasnt installed right either. Does their service department have a manager to check the work? Their sales team is great but the sevice department needs some more effort.

Bought a Grand Design Reflection 367 BHS 4 months ago and have had 3 major roof leaks, one that was in service for over two weeks that was pouring into my kitchen last weekend. Obviously it was not fixed even after being their 3 times. The quality of work done on my roof and communication from campers inn management and service deserves a 0 star. Because they have some very competent techs and staff I give them 2 star. Unfortunately management does not honor their word or service work performed. On top of leaks I was without a working refrigerator for 10 weeks even though Furrion(fridge maker) and GD had given me the go ahead to replace broken door seal. Service dropped the ball and didn’t write the correct paper work or follow up on warranty claim. Add 14 other minor issues that the maj
