I brought my Airstream Interstate 19 in for what I thought would be a fairly quick service but I had some leaks that took much greater attention than realized. Robert Marcum was my service contact who worked closely with the service manager Matt Storm quoting me a fair price for all the requested work. Ole who is a Master Technician was incredible to work with and he went through incredible effort to detect all the issues. The job took much more time and work but was completed to perfection eliminating all the issues I had experienced. They honored the original quote and I have been happy with all the work Ole completed on my AI19! I appreciated the communication and follow up as the work was in process! Based on my experience, I’d highly recommend the Airstream Orange County team!

We had an amazing experience working with Orange County Airstream in purchasing our new Basecamp 20X! Bobby, our sales person, was fantastic. He met with us multiple times over the course of several months and patiently answered all of our questions. We never felt pressured. We’re very happy with the negotiation process and the deal that we were able to get. It was straightforward and to the point. Airstream of Orange County is the best place to have your airstream serviced. I bought a used but loved airstream from them. The parts wear out and need fixing or replacing. I brought my “new” trailer to get fixed and the service department worked as a team to get the job done. Matt, the Service manager, pulled his pool of talented folks like Erick S, Ole, and Scott P on my issues and they got it done the first time. I highly recommend them!
