From the moment he arrived, Khalil was incredibly sharp and quickly identified that the starter was definitely dead after his initial attempt to jump-start the car. Because his tow truck couldn’t fit under the low ceilings of the Stonestown parking garage, Khalil expertly coasted my immobile car down the garage inclines, ensuring it remained safe and under control as we brought it out to the street. Absolutely amazing folks who really took care of me! My Transit had died on me after work and on the day of the Superbowl of all days. I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to find a tow truck, but Khalil came through! He brought me to A&J Automotive, and Farro and his team took care of things from there. Turns out my battery was so dead that my attempts to jump start it were futile. If anything good came out of this, it's that I got to meet Farro and his team! Had a great experience with AJ Automotive. My car was broken into and the steering wheel area was completely dismantled. Wires were exposed - it was trashed. They fixed it with parts from the dealer. Was impressed with their great communication, by keeping me posted on how it was going and what was needed. They cleaned up all the broken glass fixed my window and returned the car very clean. Recommend them for all your car needs.

I brought my Volvo into A&J Automotive with a mysterious issue that only presented sporadically. I’d taken it into several shops already, but no one had been able to figure it out.
