Aj Tires, Inc. Used & New Tires

I came here about 2 weeks ago. Everything was totally fine. Today my tire was on a flat the same tire that I had gotten from them. I went to put air in the tire and I seen in the inside of the tire there was NO Tread on the other side of the tires. So I took it back up there today and told the gentleman that I received the tire from them and that there’s no treading on the other side of the tire hoping that they’ll be able to resolve the issue. He basically wanted me to pay for another tire. And I told him absolutely not. He caught an attitude and walked off which was very unprofessional. I just drove off. Do not give these people your money. I just ended up going to Chicago Heights. They’ll never get my service again.

"Do NOT Go to This Place. Dishonest and Charged for Unnecessary Service." I came in today to fix a low tire. The mechanic removed the tire and immediately told me there was a nail and I needed to pay $20 to fix it. I said okay, but I asked him to confirm if it was a new hole or an old one. He insisted it was new. When he put the tire back on, the warning light on my dashboard was still on. I questioned him, but he told me I needed to drive a few miles for the light to reset. I've owned my car for a long time, and I know that's not how it works. I was immediately suspicious. I asked him to show me the "new" nail he claimed to have fixed. They could not find it. It became clear that the tire they took off had no problem at all. They just removed the tire and put it back on, fixing nothing

This place is small but got the job done! $20 for the tire repair. Clean environment.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DO NOT GO HERE!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! Went to Aj Tires on 5/4/23 for 2 rear tires. 2 days later on 5/6/23 my wheel fell off on the highway causing lots of damage to my car. I spoke with who I believe to be the owner. I gave her the quote for the repair (from the dealership) and she originally told me she would contact her insurance company and get in touch with me the next day. She called and asked me to go to her mechanic to take care of it under the table, I asked if they worked for a dealership and they did not, so I refused for obvious reasons. They then refused to give me their insurance information and have not responded. Told me to sue them instead of filing an insurance claim to handle the damage they caused.
