Pros: 1. my car looks brand new after AJ USA took care of it (body, paint, scratches, plus a detail!) 2. Worked really well with my insurance and Enterprise which is on site 3. Rachel the Admin was great communicating via email/calls 4. Covered the rest of my rental after insurance exhausted it’s days Cons: 1. Took 2 weeks longer than expected 2. The day of pick up, the car was ready and I had the keys in hand. Went to turn on my car but my screen was stuck in service mode (Mike from the shop explained Toyota serviced it and had to reboot it) so my car had to stay 1 more day unfortunately - AJUSA did cover my extra day of rental 3. When I came to pick up, all they did was hand me the keys. I would’ve appreciated an apology for the extended time and explanation of all the work they did on m

I have been having my cars serviced at AJUSA for over 20 years and the customer service is consistently excellent. Current service manager Scott always provides on time, accurate line by line description of the car's needs. Scott does not try "sell up" or suggest unnecessary repairs and does his best to give customers the best price. The office staff are always helpful and polite.

A great relief! I shopped around a LOT for Tesla collision repair. Other shops were either waaaaaay over budget or not professional (nor a licensed Tesla agent). I immediately felt comfortable at AJ USA the moment I walked in and spoke with Alana and Pauline. Then, Ben talked me through the process and was the utmost professional and just a nice, down to earth guy. The estimate was fair and the finished product was just perfect. It was not cheap but not absolutely crazy like the competitor - plus I knew it would be done RIGHT. Extra points for great communication, speedy service and extra touches (full car detail, etc.). I really hope I don't hit a pole again, but if I do, it's back to AJ.

The choice of this company was a big mistake. By selecting them to repair my Tesla, I experienced: 1. Almost 2 months for painting the bumper and fixing the wheel after an accident. 2. Long wait times on the phone line. 3. An increased cost estimate. 4. Extended repair timelines. I can't evaluate the repair quality since the car is still not ready. Absolutely dissatisfied and can't recommend this company. The photo shows the visible damage to the car.
