I called late afternoon after my back car window got blown out and a very professional, knowledgeable man named Jesse gave me a best quote I had received all day and scheduled the repair at my house for the next morning. Jesse and Robert were prompt and did an amazing job. I was very impressed. They were in and out very quickly. I’ve been to Safelite before, but this service was less expensive, faster, better quality work, and more convenient. Wanted to get my boyfriend’s cracked windshield replaced for him as a gift for Martin Luther King Jr Day. AJ’s windshield and repair responded promptly and came to my house to get the job done! They were friendly, quick, and did a great job! Definitely recommend!

Jesse was great, got my info and special ordered my glass as it is a niche car within a couple days and kept me informed of the status. Install was quick but thorough, he cleaned up and didnt leave any excess adhesives and cleaned all the streaks off the wiindshield after install. Thanks again Jesse!

I had a windshield chip repair done at AJ Windshield Repair & Replacement. Based on multiple other auto glass professionals’ assessments, the repair was poorly executed and left the windshield rough, falling short of industry standards. When I followed up, I was told the service was considered complete, and the only option offered was a credit toward a full replacement, which I did not need or want. For full transparency to future customers, this review is being posted in addition to a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Texas Consumer Protection Division to ensure this matter is properly documented.
