I’ve worked with A&K for the last 5+ years with 2 Euro Autos and it has always been a positive experience. If they are busy in the shop or with a customer and happen to miss a call or I leave a VM, they always call back. They provide very thorough explanations for all work being done. Also provide insight as to what an issue might be to help in determining whether the vehicle should be serviced or not. My first time visiting them. Brought my “project car” in for a second opinion as to whether it would be worth it. I simply wanted an honest assessment. Kevin, Emily and Harley were great to work with, very professional, and did what they said they would at the reasonable price they indicated. Even though their honest assessment was that I’d probably be wise not to pursue the repairs (a completely fair assessment, btw, and which was not unexpected), I would absolutely return in the future. Especially now that my daily driver is out of warranty and most every dealer experience is just not good. Glad I found them.

I deliberated on whether I wanted to perform the 60K major service on my SQ8 myself or take it in to have it done. I got several estimates from local dealers and reputable shops. When I got the estimate from A&K it was considerably lower than the rest. Kevin and Emily are wonderful to deal with; excellent communication and they even sent me photos of the services while being performed!!! Which established full trust with me. They even gave me a veteran discount. Extremely great experience with their shop!! They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them to anyone with German luxury that wants quality, attention to detail, time management, and integrity when it comes to their automotive needs.

I was looking to have my aftermarket headlights installed because my originals had water damage and after every other shop gave me a hefty no. A&K was quick to assure me they could install them for me and was smooth and easy to schedule. Anytime I had to reschedule or cancel they were very understanding and easy to work with. They went above and beyond and even checked over my car and came to me with their mechanic concerns to keep an eye on. The shop itself it’s clean and well managed. Great work
