AK Tires & Rims

Was sold a used tire not even a month ago, was assured they had the right size over the phone just to be told they do t when I got there. The gentleman who did the tire change found a similar size and told me there would be no noticeable difference or and harm done. The tire was absolutely dry rotted and should NEVER been put on someone’s car to be driven. I have two kids one who is not even 4 months old and on the way to a doctors appointment the tire straight up exploded. It’s a god send no one was hurt.

My friend had a serious slash in her tire trying to find a tire store open and availiavle was a nightmare until another shop recommended AK tires. Called the boss and got set up to help her out that same day! The service tech Kevin was experienced, fast, and had an awesome sense of humor! Highly recommend these guys!

I came to AK Tires & Rims and upon being informed that I have a non-profit that assists the community they were willing to provide the tires and mounting and balancing for free. This act of kindness has allowed us to continue our mission to assist as many people crisis as possible.

This is a family owned business, I've been going to them for years. Very nice people.

Took my tire there about 2 weeks ago for a screw and it took them an hour and a half to get my tires off. Asked several times if they could do the work and was reassured they could. Now 2 weeks later the same tire was leasing air. Took it to tire kingdom and it looks like the people from AK tires damaged my tire. Called and the owner took no responsibility at all. Tried to say it was something I did. I drove this truck from Alaska to Florida with no issues until I had to bring it to AK Tires. Very disappointed
