Akiki Auto Body

I unfortunately got rear ended on the highway and had to pull over exchange info do all the fun stuff. After contacting IRA Mazda where I purchased my car I wanted to see where they recommend I take my car for body repair. They recommended Akiki Auto. Double check address beforehand there are two Akiki Autos in Hyde Park! Since I was going through person who hit me insurance, Amica spoke to Akiki. I was set up with a courtesy loaner through Enterprise and Akiki contacted me via text with updates. They were very helpful on working with Amica to extend my rental car while car was taking longer due to backorder parts. The team at Akiki were outstanding in every respect. Nobody wants to be in a position to need body work for their car. However, if you find yourself there, you can’t do better than Akiki. From the moment I first called them, they were extremely helpful, taking care of everything. Sam in the front office could not have been better. She called me every week, twice a week, to provide updates, and was always available for questions. Paul, who managed the repairs in the shop, explained everything, and was very patient. I certainly hope not to need this kind of thing again, but if I do, I will definitely call Akiki.

Staff very friendly , personable; car well maintained and detailed. Convenient location and recommended by BMW. Car in after rear accident- loaner car arranged by Akiki . Only negative was length of time repair took- much longer than estimate or promise date. Overall satisfied with work performed.

I went to Akiki Auto Body to get my bumper fixed, and they made the whole process so smooth! I first spoke with Sakoya — she was supportive, friendly, and very informative.
