Called a day prior to get prices on 4 tires installation and was quoted a price but when I get there the next day they wouldn’t honor the price and charged me extra. Maybe because I have a nice car because they’ve done this twice. I drove from almost 20 mins away so i ended up paying extra just so they don’t waste my time but it is very unprofessional. The work also took almost an hour when they could’ve focused on my work and not the customers who came after me and it would be done a lot sooner.

This was a very rough day for my car & I . Starting with my morning with my car covered in bird poop . Only to realize I had not a nail but a screw in my tire . I went to 3 different locations 2 of which wouldn’t even look at my tire or add air to it for me because I didn’t have a reservation and the last location they first said they had my tire only to realize they didn’t nor would they attempt the plug it due to the location of the screw, fortunately they did fill my tire with air . I finally arrived at Al Baraka . I was met with very kind and helpful workers. Although they didn’t have my tire used / new They not only were willing & able to plug my tire but they also quoted me a great price on a new tire. I bought 2 nearly new tires from this business. About 10 miles into my drive, I experienced a flat tire of the new ones. I brought the tire back even though it was not the shop's fault the owner provided a similar tire. I'm pleased and he had great customer service!
