I have been going here for about 5 years and have been completely satisfied everytime, these are the most respectful honest and fair group of people that have ever encountered especially in an auto shop! I would highly recommend anyone looking for an amazing and fair mechanic to come here.

While traveling home with my daughter from college my rear parking brake became disabled and made a loud crunching noise. Making my vehicle inoperable. I managed to make it to AL Lemons garage one hour before he was to close on a Saturday. He took my car in right away and had us back on the road in no time. He barely charged us. A Great mechanic with integrity and kindness. Thank you again, Much appreciated!

Mastel Ford in Olean told my 88 year old Grandmother she needed new breaks and rotors. 2016 Lincoln. 2K. Al Lemon fixed the Issue for $200 dollars. Not 2 k. Thank you guys 🙋‍♂️🇺🇲🙋‍♂️

No other car shop in olean has been even close to how accommodating and fair with prices this place has been. Honest mechanics not trying to just squeeze you for money i highly recommend them for anything

STAY AWAY Appointment made days in advance for an oil change and to look at a few things 9 am drop off and nobody called until i did after 4 pm , i was getting ready to ask what time they close and they hung up on me.... Immediately walk over there.... They never touched the car A bloody oil change HOW LONG DOES THAT TAKE? No courtesy call and they hung up on me stressing me further that my car might be locked in the shop and forced ro ask for a ride to and from work . . When you treat customers(humans) withno courtesy it shows no respect and thats how small businesses fail Matter of time if you keep it up I am definitely not doing business there
