I really love the staff. they are always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately. this time..... I left disappointed for the first time since owning 2 Ford F150's since 2011. Did I make a wrong choice with my 2022 F150? 2.5 years of owning it, and My LED Day running lights are not fully working properly. Missing one section from lighting up. Yes....I have 40k miles on it with no extended warranty, but I couldn't believe my LED lights are not going to over live my headlights or even fog lamps. thought they were supposed to last longer!! Was advised to replace the whole lamp for $1500-1600 for one + taxes and install. That means just the head lights are worth 6-7% of that truck alone. Went to parts to validate and they confirmed. Suggested I might be able to get it troubleshoot as it could be on

My Truck broke down just before the holiday on July 4. Being new to the area I had it towed to Al Packer Ford as it was the nearest Ford Dealer. I was met by Rick Solomon. As it was Tuesday and the 4th was Thursday he explained that I maybe looking at the next week given their current workload and the holiday. I was surprised when I got a call the next morning from Rick saying the diagnostics were done and the part was on hand to expect my truck later that day. Rick kept me informed throughout the experience. Very courteous and professional. Picked up my truck Wednesday afternoon and it runs great. Thanks Rick and looks like Al Packer has another customer.

This was the first time I went to Al Packer for service. I went to Quick Lane about my tires. They were quick, attentive and respectful. Not words that I normally use to describe service at an auto dealership, but that's how they treated me on Wednesday afternoon. Very professional. I will definitely return the next time I need work on my F350.
