I came in for an oil change and had an excellent experience from the moment I arrived. The service was fast, smooth, and very well organized. Carlos, Patrick, and Jesse went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was being done and answer any questions I had. I never felt rushed, and they made sure everything was handled properly before I left. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Because of their professionalism and great attitude, I’ll definitely be returning for future services and recommending this location to others.

I'm not one to leave a bad review, but my experience definitely calls for one. My father and I drove nearly 2 hours (each way) to purchase a 2017 Honda Accord Touring listed at $19.5k. Before the drive we called to confirm everything but they weren't willing to provide a bill of sale over the phone (yet they told me in person that they did it that same day for someone else who had a 400 credit score). On top of that, when my bank called the dealership to inquire, they were immediately hung up on... When we got there, the car itself wasn't in great condition. I loved the hospitality and kind customer service but they tried to rip us off by adding hidden fees to a simple 2019 Toyota Corolla that was listed on cargurus originally for 12,950, asked for the itemized buyer’s order and expects me to believe his word that he’s removed all the fees and such, and only included the necessary. Turned out to be WAY over 16,000 in total and they’re just trying to fully profit off of you, the car isn’t even worth that much, i’d rather buy a new car. I can’t believe the outcome and dishonesty!
