Ive been coming here for almost 7 years. My last two visits have been a nightmare. On my most recent visit they did not even change my oil however charged me for it. I checked my oil about 2 weeks after because my car sounded awful and my engine light came on, it was BLACK. When I called they tried to gaslight me that somehow it was my engine that caused black sludge to appear within 2 weeks of the “oil change” my check engine light came on. I had another mechanic take a look and she immediately said they did not change my oil. That quite simply their excuse was bs and there is no other reason than that I need an oil change. My oil was old and dirty nothing else causes sludge than needing a change. I will never go back. Ever. And If they can cheat me, someone’s who’s been faithful to them,

I've been getting my oil changed here for a while and I mean they do a great job. They're fast, the whole staff's very curious. I'm very knowledgeable. The place is very very clean and you know you get a free car wash when you get an oil change. How can you not enjoy that so it's in my opinion, it's a no-brainer cuz supporting a local business and supporting a bunch of good people that take pride in their job

Every time I ask them to run my transaction as a debit, they run it as a credit and it charges my account $50 when I don’t have $50 that’s why I asked for $20 worth of gas to be charged as a debit transaction not a big deal. It happens at most places, but most of them will simply bring your card to the kiosk or have you pay inside so that it is run as a debit transaction at any point in time in the several times that I’ve called them in the last day or two they could have processed their credit card transactions And the extra $30 would have been returned to me. As a result, the money that was no longer on my debit card caused me a $10 overdraft fee. My phone got shut off which caused another $10 reinstatement fee so the $20 worth of gas that I received from them Cost me $40. I would not re

Been coming here for the oil change for years now. You get a free basic car wash with every oil change. They are fast, until recently they never tried to upsell.. they are trying now with air filters but that’s no problem I just say no. This is the cleanest oil change facility you will ever go to. There is always coffee available and water bottles. What I love the most are there unbelievably comfy couches. I’m almost disappointed when the car is ready due to how relaxed I am.

I’ve been going to Al & Rich’s for a while. Today, I was the only car there and was waived into the bay for an oil change. I was yelled at by an employee to stop and back up. I still have no idea why as I was barely in the bay and my vehicle was centered. The employee just gave me a dirty look and had someone else service my car. I went inside and was told the service would be $79.99 and I asked if I could use a coupon I received in the mail for $47.99 and an employee advised me that it wouldn’t work because it was for my old vehicle. When I went to checkout, the price was $83.99 because they said they used .1 more quarts of oil then normal. I again asked about the coupon because it said my name or current resident on it and was told by another employee that it wasn’t a coupon at all, it w
