Awesome experience! They have the best rates in town. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile as soon as i walked in. Did not have to wait in a line. They are very prompt and courteous. Super clean office. I enjoyed a nice hot and fresh cup or coffee while the owner Dewayne Gray and i discussed my policy. And he is wonderful and got me set-up with the coverage that was best for my needs and my budget. Very happy and satisfied with my new insurance family.

After being told I was insured with Stovall Marks, I was asked to bring my lease and current utility bill. Upon arrival with these documents I was told they could not use Progressive because they wanted more information. I was told I had not been insured the past week. I asked for my check back, told them I was just thankful I was not in an accident and called my insurance company who recommended Alabama Insurance Company who insured me with Progressive at a much cheaper rate with more coverage. Dewayne and his team go far far above and beyond my expectations everytime!
