They quoted me a price for new tires, but when I came to pick them up, they added extra charges. When I questioned it, they were super rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Would give a 0 if it were an option. Rented uhaul trailer online, called and verified the next day. Got there at 11:15 as confirmed with phone call just an half hour before. No one there and therefore we could not get the trailer. Terrrible waste of time and frustrating experience.

Great place for tires. Or tire repair. Love the staff. Always willing to help with any need. I have used them many times. Going tomorrow to get a tire.

**DO NOT USE ALABAMA TIRE IN SNEAD** My husband and his dad took a tractor tire and rim to Danny at Alabama tire to be fixed before our wedding, fast forward when his dad goes back to get the tire and rim the man told him "the other one" has already picked it up. His dad told him that was impossible, he has been on his honeymoon in Mentone. When we got back Josh had then asked about the tire and he was told that it had been picked up, when asked who paid the bill they couldn't answer and then diverted to saying an ex employee must have stolen it or that it was lost under a pile of tires. It has now been 3 weeks and there has been no motive to make it right, they have either A) sold the tire B) used it for personal use C) it's been stolen or D) they've lost it. I had to have a flat fixed. They came to my home and did a great job. Excellent service! Also had another problem and had to have a tow. Called them but they didn't tow but referred me to A & J towing which also was great service. Thank you Danny, they were great! It's so amazing to find people who will work with you to give not only great service but the kindness that you don't see today. Thanks again for referral!
