Aladdin Car Wash

Well I've been coming here since the remodel, but lately they haven't been scrubbing the front worth a crap, and today the manager or owner who ever he is was bitching out loud about me going right when his working was telling me to go left . Like as if I couldn't hear his loud Italian mouth. I was trying to give a local company my business, but it definitely doesn't seem like they appreciate it. I've been telling all my friends about this place , but I will NOT be recommending this place ever again. They don't seem to realize that being nice and friendly goes a long way! This isn't some big city up north, and this is a relatively small town in a southern state that doesn't appreciate rude service .

Went to use the vacuums not even for the wash so I bought the worst/ least expensive wash today. Went through and came out with scrapes and scratched off paint alllll over my car. Went back and said to them that they weren’t there right before I went into the wash and the man couldn’t even own up to his wrong doing and just kept claiming that it wasn’t from them. I know the exact order my car was in before I went to “get a wash” because I am trying to sell my car currently. Long story short they don’t even have real corporate or anybody to talk to over the concerns. Can only say “ due to the way those scratches are I cannot say that our machines did that and our scrub brushes only do the grill and the back of the car.” which is a straight lie because I watched them both scrub my whole car

I used to love it here, the wash was great and the extra service was a very good deal, but now they no longer offer the extra service, and I thing their cleaning brushes and components need cleaning themselves, or replacing...just isn't what it used to be...shame

The male staff needs to stop harassing customers verbally and making lewd sexual comments about mature female customers. I will be terminating my membership ASAP !

Been coming here for a while and my vehicle was always clean, not so much lately. Today I splurged and got the $20 wash, and decided to pay for the $12 "extra service" to make sure they got the grill clean. Trust me and dont pay for any "extra service", which turned out to be them spraying extra stuff on my truck before the wash, which didn't help.....Turns out I am the one who was outside scrubbing bugs off after the wash! I think I will go back to hand washing it myself, at least it gets clean.
