My truck broke down about the begining of December 2025 I took it to Alameda auto electric with the owner told it was the gas pump and it needed to be replaced got a quote of the cost to fix and agreed later I left with my truck "fixed" four days later I broke down on the freeway and tried calling the owner only answered once said he was at a event and couldn't talk I got my truck towed back to their shop on dec 12 2025 in between 7 and 8 pm dropped the truck off left told I was gonna get it looked at again didn't get a call just a bill with their online system saying I owed a new amount for work done to my truck that I had not agreed on so I denied to pay he then started saying it didn't have anything to do with what he had done and the truck had a new problem I didn't believe this due to

I never had to even step into the shop, Their online system works great and the pick up was after hours, they can leave your keys in a master box. Didn’t miss a day at work. Randy found the problem that same day.

Very professional and very responsive. John was amazing. I put in brand new led fog lights, replaced my headlights, and had a after market grill wired for power with them. Fee was very reasonable and was done quickly. They sent me constant updates on the progress. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back in the future.
