Our parents have been going there fir years, so when it came to us needing a place after we moved here we naturally went to them. The first couple if experiences were great we even brought them all bagels we were so pleased. This last time we made an appointment but there was no one in the shop. Had to go next door to get an oil change mechanic to help. We were told it would be done at the end of the day from when we dropped it off. Every day we checked after no one called. 3 days later we went and picked up our truck. It had been sitting outside and only the oil change was done, nothing else we asked to have replaced and serviced was done. So disappointed and sad about this. Will not return.

AAC has worked on my vehicles multiple times, fair pricing. But they are quite busy. You will need to reserve time to get your vehicle fixed

This auto shop truly one of the worst in the area. If you have any type of work to be done on your car it would be better to go literally anywhere else in town. The owner of this shop is completely unprofessional and absolutely disrespectful. When I would call to get an update on the vehicle at the promised time. By the way had to make a call to the shop myself HOURS after promised time I was met with an impatient worker on the other end who seemed desperate to get off of the phone and disconnected the call as soon as I was placed on hold. Regardless of that encounter when I went to pick up my vehicle, I was met with hostility and blatant disrespect from the owner of the shop. I had a great experience with Alamo Auto Center this week. I was passing through the area on a road trip and needed a quick oil change. They were able to take me in immediately even though they were really busy and had the job done as soon as I finished my lunch. Plus their prices were very reasonable and they felt trust worthy. The good reviews online is what made me come in and I was not disappointed!

Good people here. Forgot the name of the guy I spoke with the most over the phone about my Toyota Avalon, but he was a pleasure to work with. The owner, Terrell, is a straight shooter. Prompt answers with reasonable prices and a quick turnaround time on an electrical issue. Overall, I was impressed with the service I received. Also, shout out to the dude I used to work at Domino's with. He's a cool dude, and I'm happy to see him out of the hell hole that is Domino's.
