Shout out to Alamo Ford for working miracles! TmI had been denied by quite a few other dealerships even private owners and I had given up. The team at Alamo contacted me at 5:10 pm on a Saturday stating they think they have a car for me. If I could get there quick I didn't have a ride obviously and they came and got me! I was processed, approved and on my way a little after 6pm. Thank you Isaiah and your team at Alamo Ford for helping me your hard work is appreciated, God Bless!

They had a camper for sale. Someone traded it in. I was down to buy it. Asked for a purchase order. My credit is not bad. I know all 3 of my credit scores and they are fine. For whatever reason they gave me a run around and I left with no purchase order?

I was passing through this beautiful city in my motorhome. The ABS brake light and the traction control light were on, so I stopped at this Ford dealership to have the problem checked. They gave me an appointment for the next morning and checked it out. The service from the staff was excellent, from the sales advisor to the technicians and even the service manager. Even though they couldn't repair my motorhome because the part wasn't available, what a professional and attentive team! The staff apologized because they didn't have the part in stock and it wouldn't be available for several weeks. Wow, what service! A big thank you to the entire service team.
