Alamo Heights Collision Center

I brought my Model 3 in after it was hit on the rear left side, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. They kept me updated with text messages every time progress was made, which I haven’t seen from any other shop, and they were quick to answer calls and texts. They charged the car for me and even detailed it, and when I picked it up it looked better than before it got hit. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. This will probably be the only place I take my Tesla from now on, as it was genuinely a better experience than I’ve had at Tesla service centers. Highly recommend.

The staff at AH collision were wonderful. They got my car in for repair immediately and they completed my car when they promised ! The work itself far exceeded my expectations and the cost was well less than I anticipated. The nicest surprise was the beautifully cleaned and detailed car I picked up :)

My experience with Alamo Height Collision Center was Phenomenal! 10/10 recommended!!! Christian and staff were very quick and efficient to our needs. I had approx 6months of ongoing back&forth with my insurance adjuster to get my case started and car fixed. As a victim of a hit you know the process will always take longer .So I proceeded to attend Alamo as my adjuster kept extending my case(no case created no approval done yet), I communicated my frustration with Christian & he was quick to get my case approved ,vehicle parts ordered and fixed! With one car the transition to Enterprise was no headache we got picked up and dropped off at enterprise with our rental ready to go. 2 weeks in my car is ready and Rental return was taken care of. Very positive experience. Team was selected thru USAA. They were very responsive, responding back to me the same day, and practice sending me daily updates thru text. Their work is solid. They ran down the details with USAA for me, taking more the stress off my plate. I would recommend to friends and family.

If you have a Tesla and are needing collision repair Alamo Heights Collision Center is the place to go. Their communication on the repair process was phenomenal and prompt responses to any of my questions. Customer service is their priority something many of these businesses lack nowadays.
