Alamo Rent A Car

When I picked up my rental vehicle,wasn't what I rented and. Had to pay more,then the guy at the rental Almo,didn't even go and get it for me! Had to go to the back of the lot 37° freezing weather and get it myself and didn't show me had to use it either! And it wasn't even that clean! And I had disabled person with me! It was Hard for both of us to get in this Silverado truck that had no step up rails agh!so I took their survey so I think I should have some kind of refund so we will see!

Made the process super easy and streamlined. This was my first car rental and would definitely choose alamo again in the future. Car was nice, didnt have stupidly high incidental fee, and lady at the counter was lovely. Made it pretty easy start to finish.

I made a reservation online. On the day of the pick up date I got dropped off. At the counter I was told a debit card could not be used, even though there was more than enough to cover their required deposit. But, if I wasn’t local and flew into Tri-Cities then I could use my debit card. This was not stated anywhere when I made my reservation. Now, I not only don’t have my reserved rental car, but I’m out money because I had to get an Uber home. If I could have given no stars I would have, they don’t even deserve one star. Thanks for the headache Alamo, you SUCK!!!

Very happy customer, vehicle was very clean and ready to go. Customer Service Representative was very courteous, when I was not able to locate car, he came outside to assist. Thank you, Alamo the way to go!!!!

We will always us Alamo to rent our cars. Super friendly staff and very affordable.
