Updated to add - the Mustang convertible was a drrrream!! On check in, Ruben helped me unload my luggage and check to be sure I had all my belongings. D C helped me figure out where the lost and found was so he and Rose could see if my lost item was found. Chris pointed the way to the terminal and double-checked that I had a great experience. What a wonderful location with an EXCELLENT team and I will choose Alamo first from now on! FABULOUS staff and easy process to pick up. Car was ready on time and in great shape. I booked online with the Costco app for a convertible. Upon arrival, I walked right up to the woman at the desk. She was fast, efficient, and friendly. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. They had my car pulled up to the front by the time I walked over to the pick up area. Other than a slight gap in the convertible window (to which they kindly comped me a bit for) it was a great car. Drop off was super seamless as well - thanks to Ruben!

Took quick trip to Southern CA and always use Alamo for rental cars when traveling. The convenience of airport locations and the Skip The Line option is the best since it saves time and waiting in line. The staff is always friendly and will attend to any problem, big or small, which is great customer service.

Online booking, pick-up and drop-off of my rental was seamless. The vehicle was clean and was offered a free upgrade to a better vehicle for my B-day, I declined. But the staff was very helpful and patient. Asked if my vehicle had Bluetooth, staff said "It does have Bluetooth, did you want me to connect for you?" I want to add an experience outside of the car rental realm of service they showed me. I left my hat inside the rental at BUR, noticed only while waiting at my gate. I called their Lost-and-Found number and created a case. 1 day later Emma reached out and to confirm the hat specs and color, once provided they gave me detailed instructions on how to get my hat back to me. 3 days later the hat was back in my possession and I'm just thrilled that there are still solid folks that wil

We have used this Burbank Airport Alamo for over 30 years. At times, the cars we get are better than expected (low mileage, lots of features, exceptionally clean), at times, just acceptable but we make do. Our recent encounter with the manager, Luis C, due to a flat tire incident over the Thanksgiving holiday, shows that he cares both about his company and his customers. He did not fail to tell us all the protocols his rental cars had to go through( speaking well and promoting his company) while patiently listening to our grievances about the treatment we got at another location due to our flat tire.
