Alamo Rent A Car

I had issues with my convertible car rented in Miami (engine warning light) and I was told by Road Assistance try to manage to drive it next 35miles to Gainesville being ensured that replacement car will be waiting for me there. Well, when I arrived, nobody at the desk knew about me and I was asked to wait till they manage to serve rush-hour flights. After an hour, I was given car that needed oil replacement. Then, they gave me car that had broken rear bumper but no evidence about it in any documentation. So... After almost 3 hours, I was finally given some spare car - 7 place full size SUV, that is absolutely inconvenient for my needs. Thank you for notning! Great experience! They were available last minute when another rental car company that I had booked through was not available. The manager, Galina, provided amazing customer service despite it being late at night! Would highly recommend this company for your rental car needs!

Mercedes at the GNV airport was my rep. She was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I’ve never had a better experience renting a vehicle.

The rental process was quite easy, the Gainesville Airport location of the cars was convenient, and the agents (at least the one I had) were very knowledgeable and helpful.

The customer service at the Gainesville Regional Airport Alamo location is unmatched! Winston (the manager) and an amazing associate whose name I wasn’t able to get helped me return the car that I rented at a different location. I accidentally locked myself out of the car and when I explained the situation the staff at Alamo waived the $75 roadside assistance fee no questions asked! I can not express how thankful I was and I will definitely be renting with Alamo through this location if I ever need a rental car again :)
