What really stood out was how fast the service was. The team was very responsive and helpful when I had a couple of questions, and they made sure everything was clear before I left with the car. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition, and ready to go. Overall, a very efficient and pleasant rental experience. I would definitely rent from this location again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Phoenix.

Alamo is my go to rental. Always great customer service, vehicles and efficiency with booking/picking up the vehicle. I also like that you can utilize a debit card if you don’t have a credit card. A lot of car rental places do not accept the debit card. This was helpful for me personally. Thank you to the customer representative that helped me check in at Phoenix AZ airport. She was great and nice personality! The entire process was smooth and everyone was great! I loved the car as well.

We always try to use Alamo when we can. Their service is always consistently good. And this location at the Phoenix airport was no different. The check in with the QR code was extremely easy and saved us a bunch of time. Would highly recommend for other travelers.

This has to be the most reasonable experience I have had at a car rental place in my entire adult life. Arrived around 9pm and walked right up to the counter and was helped by the kindest woman. She was helpful and friendly but not over the top, which was perfect as I was quite tired. I was check in and assigned my car in less than ten minutes. I was direct around the corner and down an escalator where I was greeted right away. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock unfortunately but they granted me a free upgrade to the next size. The woman helping me took me down and let me through their inventory to find something that would work for us. She then made sure we were comfortable with the tech features and sent us on our way. Rented a pick-up truck over the Christmas holidays to drive around the Phoenix , Sedona and Page region to tour the Canyons and Monument Valley . Vehicle was in excellent condition and well maintained and very clean and odor free , which is a rare thing nowadays judging by many reviews . Lucky to find reasonable rates for the Christmas holidays The pick up truck was most suitable for the off road trail that I drove over on the Monument Valley Trail . Phoenix Airport Rental Car Center is the best in the USA and possible the World as it is built like a Modern Airport Terminal with the sky train leading up to the Rental center from all the terminals .
