Alamo Rent A Car

Great efficient company, clerk was very friendly and professional. I was able to get the car in just a few minutes. Some companies take a long time with many sheets of papers to sign.

Not happy with my rental. When I arrived the class of car I reserved was unavailable. If it was unavailable, then why let me "reserve" it? Then, to make things worse, I was charged $112 more than what I was supposed to pay. I ended up paying more for a lesser class of car.

When I arrived at the Alamo counter, there was a very long line, thank God I was in the front lol, but I must say that the worker that was there, she was unbelievable. She processed everyone’s paperwork and got them to their car faster than I’ve ever seen anyone do. She was not only efficient, but she was so kind and so nice because she was stuck, taking care of her counter, and the counter next to her which had no Worker. It was a very wonderful experience, And I have used Alamo before, and I will always use Alamo. When I return my car as well, yesterday, the guy who took my keys and checked in my car. He was so nice and so wonderful and just the whole experience, and one other thing, the lady at the counter, gave me her personal card from her work there and said if you have any concerns,

The staff at the front desk was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. This was for picking up and returning my car. They both treated me with a smile. Also, the whole process was really smooth. Thank you.

Fast and courteous service. Unfortunately the first car assigned had a crack windshield and no gas when a full tank was requested .The counter people quickly replaced it with a Nissan Altima and while the car functioned as it should, I did not enjoy drinking it.
