Could not believe what happened to me Two weeks ago . Took my car for an alignment at Allen's Alignment, Allen was not there his wife hsa been ill so he's been in and out. The two guys running the shop. They told me it would cost $1500.00 to fix. It's not the first time been there ,keep in mind Allen has been out with his sick Wife. Mechanic said I needed a control arm. What they didn't know I worked for Toyo Tire for 15+ years. I knew it was the tire separated. The ply coming a lose in the tire. Don't ruin this man's business for a few dollars. The moral of this story is KNOW WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH.

The original set of tires, with the factory alignment didn't last 35k. Alan's Alignments set my alignment so the vehicle drives great and the tires don't wear much at all. They have lasted over 80k at this point. I'm trading this one in on another new one which will receive their alignment before I drive it home.

Trust is not easily earned by me, but Alan has never let me down. It’s hard for anyone to deal with maintaining a car, but it seems women are taken advantage of more. NOT HERE . I have always been comfortable and respected here.

Simple the best there is ! I would not be driving two hours one way if he was no the best there is ! Allen has forgotten more than most front end man could ever learn ! He understands how to make a car or truck track straight the way it is supposed to ! Excellent customer service skills! Excellent help ! Could not say enough how great this shop is ! If you need front end work this is the place to be !
