Cole is the driver hit my trailer I was coming out of the parking lot he backed into my trailer and didn’t stop he moved his truck right away I told him stop but no he started apologizing all kind of stuff I Asked him give me the insurance card he said I don’t have with me he has to call his owner but today is Sunday and it’s not possible. After cops shows up and and I request the officer i need the insurance information and this driver making excuses and the cop said hey don’t worry about it. I know these guys they are super cool. Don’t worry about it. They’re gonna email you Monday. You can trust that and I’m like OK. I trust you guys and I left from the scene Monday. I called their office and asked for the insurance. She said I will not provide you the insurance I need your statement a

I'd like to take a minute to give a review. I pulled in with a blown tire on my trailer and Matt was my service guy. There were 2 ahead of me and I'll tell you Matt had all three of us done in a timely manner! He even handled yet another issue on my loop around. Matt hands down is BADASS at what he does blowing any Loves shop mechanic away single handedly. I am still that impressed!! Thank you my guy for executing the tasks at hand!

They are on call 24/7, please make sure they contacting with mechanic. Cause their dispatch didn’t wake him up. I was ending up fell asleep and get him in morning. I think his name was Billy he came with dually 3500. I’ve issues about air in fuel, priming wasn’t helping at all. He came out and he diagnosed fuel tank breather clogged, and he bypassed and he started truck under 20 minute.

Road side service my company called them less then 5 minute someone called me sent some pictures to him of my break chamber less than 30 minutes arrived took him about 15-20 minutes to fix the issue and very friendly
