This past weekend I purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee from Albany Chrysler Jeep, my salesman was Luis and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Luis was super friendly and didn’t pressure me at all (that’s always a concern as a woman buying a car alone), he made the whole process very easy and was even willing to help me get my rental car back to the rental place. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership again.
