Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Center

Very kind service, but did not identify the problem with my Ram. They said to bring it back when my engine light comes on, however I am 40 minutes away and the light goes off when I turn off the engine. I can't drop what I am doing when the vehicle acts up and I never know when the light will come on. So, I paid over $100 to have diagnostics ran for no solution.

Good service, took longer then told to get car fixed . Otherwise nice place to sit while service being done .

Had an emergency on the road today - blew a tire due to the State of MN dropping debris including a large bolt on 94 which ended up in my tire. My vehicle isn’t a C,D,J or an R, but the staff welcomed us into their service center. They were so very nice, made my mother and I along with our cat very comfortable in the dealership while they promptly, courteously and professionally treated my tire on our luxury German brand. Can’t say enough how much we appreciated how nice they were.

My buddy and I where on a road trip from southeastern Wisconsin to North Dakota and had some issues around 1 am that forced us to pull over. the service center said they opened at 7 we walked in the door at 6:55 and the crew there was already ready to help they got us taken care of quickly and got everything done. They where super nice even had some of the other workers stop bye and talk to us as we waited all around a fantastic experience and we can’t thank the service center enough for there prompt and professional service and great atomosphere they provided
