Always a wonderful experience full of pleasant and welcoming staff. The service was fast and efficient and pricing was more than fair. Though this is a mopar dealership, they do not discriminate against any brand are are willing to help everyone.

This has been a very unprofessional customer service experience and no understanding, rude customer service. Justin the service director is also rude and unprofessional. He over talks you, he called portrayed me as liar and I have proof of everything that has transpired. I have been back and forth with Dodge service department with my Dodge Ram 1500 since the beginning of March and now here it is August 3rd and still having issues with vehicle and Justin. My experience has been horrible. I have been lied to stating my truck is fixed and it’s not fixed. They erase codes just to say it’s fixed and 2 weeks later code arise again and the issue comes back. I have not had vehicle for a whole month yet since March because my truck has been in service for weeks at a time to only get it back for

Cody was very customer friendly. He provided me with relevant information during my visit to ensure I had the best experience. He called to update me of additional issues prior to repairing. He was truly a gem. Great asset to your company. Overall very friendly staff as you walk in. All we’re willing to assist.

Great experience - i am a walk-in with an unexpected car emergency. They were able to access my car and fix it the same day plus also take and pick me up from work. Vanessa was great to work with and the shuttle driver super friendly and early for pick-up. Thanks for helping reduce my stress when I did not know what was wrong with the car! Great job!
