Incredible service!! I was driving from Massachusetts to Vermont, and my low oil light came on at 5:50pm on a Friday. I called every garage near Brattleboro, and no one else even picked up. I was able to get a hold of Albert’s, and even though it was past 6 by the time I pulled into the garage they were able to help me. Service was prompt and efficient. The quick work allowed me to arrive safely without having to leave my car overnight. I am incredibly grateful and cannot recommend Albert’s highly enough!!

Today, I visited Albert's Auto Diagnostics on a Sunday afternoon. I was surprised that he accepted a walk-in, tested my car and drove it, and found no safety concerns. He provided a professional diagnosis and suggested some repairs. After the appointment, he didn't charge me, saying, "I didn't do anything to your car." I was genuinely surprised. Thanks, Albert Auto.

Super knowledgeable. Extremely helpful, generous, and honest. First time in Vermont, realized my sedan is not built for this and the tires are worn. Had to get emergency tire replacement for all 4 same day on a Saturday. Albert didn't carry the tires my car needed but he helped me figure out where I could go instead and I got it sorted. Couldn't have done without him!

Brought my vehicle to him for an exhaust leak, and he found an oil leak, and a bad ball joint. He was able to fix all three in a very reasonable time.One of the best experiences I have ever had with a car repair man. Albert was extremely honest and kept us informed on everything that he was doing. I would without a doubt go back to him for future repairs. I would also recommend him to anyone that asked

Professional! Very fair! We were from out of state and had a nail in our tire.Very accommodating! Took care us right away on a Sunday when NO one was open! Pleasure doing business! 100% recommend! Very knowledgeable!
