My mom is a widower and on a fixed income so every penny counts . This guy was supposed to replace spark plugs an spark plug wires an the car was still stopping an dying an you can tell something wasn't right . I got under the hood an pulled one of wires out an its tip was broken. I put another one on that wasn't broken and my son helped too. The car is now running smoothly not shaking or dying . He charged my mom $125 to put wires in wrong order an a broken one . An still wanted to get more money out of her by saying it would only work with a new timing chain no way dude not needed we dont need more wrong diagnosis. Car running smoothly now he can refund my mom the money for not fixing it right the first time.

These people are the salt of the Earth. I'm new to San Angelo (single mom... easy target for bad people that would take advantage) and they fixed an issue that someone else quoted me $900-$1200 for nothing! In less than five minutes! They've earned my business for life..

Have taken my vehicle to Albert's for many years. At one point he was a good and fair mechanic. However things have changed. $700 later, and the problem was still not fixed. I was told a completely different issue was going on (which turned out to be wrong). Was informed he could not work on it any further, and I needed to take my vehicle elsewhere. Very poor way to handle business.

Albert has been working on my cars for nearly 20 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Even after moving away from San Angelo in 2011, I still bring my car back to him. I just came in from Houston and waited to get all my repairs done here—because that’s how much I trust his work. He’s honest, skilled, and truly one of a kind.

I brought my truck to Albert over 2 weeks ago. I told him I had a sensor or relay issue to which he blew me off and told me he would look at it. After 2 weeks of me showing up in person and checking on it time and time again it was obvious they hadn’t even taken a look at it. Finally after 2 weeks i went up there and asked for an update. He told me that my battery was dead and that i had a sensor issue(the thing i told him when i brought it in the first place)and that I needed to take it up to the ford dealership to fix it. He then tried to charge me 45$ even though he left me off in worse shape with a dead truck and no resolution…Just told me what I already knew.I bought a new battery and took it directly to firestone. They had it fixed by the next day. 2 weeks without my truck affected m
