Stopped in on Fri to ask if I needed an appointment for an oil change. Was told nope, drop it off, takes about an hour. I told him I would be back Monday and he said he opens at 8am. I show up Mon 8:15 and there is another person sitting in their car waiting. A young guy was just opening the garage doors. I asked if I could get an oil chg. He says sure just move your car. He proceeded to back a vehicle out of the garage and drives off. About 5 min later the person I spoke to on Fri pulls in and parks next to the other car waiting. They both get out of their cars and were talking for about 15 min. Meanwhile I am still standing there. Eventually they finish and he approaches me and I tell him what I need. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. My friend recommended I come to Albert’s because she loved their great customer service. I got there around 4pm and a gentleman with a gray shirt on asked if I needed help. I told him what I needed. It literally look him less than 5 minutes to fix. They informed and showed me that I had a nail in my tire. They were so nice and courteous. I loved that I didn’t even need to get out of my car, which was convenient because I was headed home with my kids. It definitely was a breath of fresh air to experience such great customer service!

These guys are great. I've brought both our vehicles here for oil changes, an AC compressor replacement, tire patches and to troubleshoot another minor issue. They're professional, honest, and can typically get to you in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them for any auto maintenance or repair needs.
