ALCOLOCK Ignition Interlock

The Wilmington Alcolock is super unprofessional I tried to arrive at the place for my recall that is on my interlock at 12 PM and they were closed for lunch 12 to 1. I then saw they close at 6:30 so I called the mainline to politely ask them to let them know I will get there at 6 exactly and will be leaving work early to make sure. She said it’s okay just make sure to get there at 6. Upon getting there exactly at 6 the office was closed but there was a man in there he locked the door and completely ignored me. He made eye contact with me multiple times and refused to let me in even though business hours are till 6:30. I waited for 30 min to see if he would make the right decision by doing his job up until the hours posted on the door. He never did, every time he would come out to see if I

Terrible experience. My brother had the system for a year last year and used the Greensboro location, after having to buy and replace his battery 3 times they finally changed his system out and it worked without draining his battery. Now I’m having that problem, and when I brought it up at the store they said “oh that just happens”. Umm no. The battery is over $200 for my car. I can’t afford to keep replacing it. The warranty on the battery is voided because of the system. And no one is any help at all. I’ve left 3 voicemails for Andy the NC Admin for alcolock and haven’t heard back. There are 3 other approved ignition interlock companies in North Carolina. PLEASE USE THEM!!!! Because this is crazy.

I've been with alcolock for just over 2 years now, and I should be completing my program by the end of this year. Alcolock has a great product in comparison to the current market alternatives and the staff is great. The tech that initially installed my device and worked as my routine tech thereafter for a period of time has been great as well. Very knowledgeable, punctual and very professional. Installation went smoothly and monthly service appointments went fast yet thorough to ensure quality and time management for everyone involved. I believe his name was Jeremy and he was a very hard working guy who helps you understand the program process, and is readily available to assist customers while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
