I had my 1997 Honda CRV oil/filter service done here today. It was hands down the best experience I've had at a repair shop. Their service writer Bill was super helpful and friendly and their technician Quentin performed an insanely thorough inspection. He noticed a couple items on the inspection and just went ahead and fixed them (some loose bolts). This car is almost like a child to me and I personally do most of the mechanical aspects of maintenance. But for any fluid services or services I don't personally want to do in the future, I'm going here! I went in for a battery replacement and rear rotor and pads for my Grand Cherokee. Once the service was completed, i was told the remote control wasn't functioning and it should "self-recover" in some time because of the key fob battery replacement. So I took the car back and drove to my friend's house for thanksgiving dinner. Two hours later I found the car could not be moved when I was heading home. The parking brake was stuck in engaged position preventing the car from moving while the pedal can be released freely but doesn't do anything. My theory is the cable wasn't connected correctly and got loose along the way. As always, car troubles were a huge stressor. I had my car towed to the shop before they were awesome. I called when they opened and they got back to me right away. They were communicative, answered all my questions, gave a great inspection report and estimate system that made it easy to understand and make decisions. Truly one of the most straightforward shops I’ve ever worked with.
