Aleks, runs his business, Alekshop: Seller packed the item poorly cramming a $6k racing seat into a used seat box too small for the item. Did not ship it in 2 boxes like he said he would. During shipping It wore through the box damaging the seat fabric. Also packed a 10 lb metal seat bracket inside the box which damaged/gashed the fabric. Refuses to accept any responsibility. Made me manage all progress with UPS myself. Ignored my messages, all attempted calls, and even emails for a week after giving him an update that I put a claim in. He has not been helpful in any way. At the end after 3 months of him avoiding me, found he didnt insure the package for the value! Don't send him payment by any means other than paypal or a credit card.
