Great place, I was in and out in 20 minutes

Bad place My wife and I were looking for help on our generator. I have called to know if they even work or have knowledge on it . Well they agreed and I send my wife for them to diagnose the issues. My wife don't know much English but she seen that who ever checked it never used a voltage Metter or did nothing to seen know if their was any power going in to the generator . They charge 240 for nothing I eventually got it fix and they were not even close on guessing what the problem was. I went to tell them this and they told me to take it to small claims .that them kind of people. Now I know why their never any customers . Please watch out go elsewhere. Thank for reading if I would of done that I wouldn't go their .Bad place

I have been going here for several years and the service is outstanding. The wait time is very minimal. When there has been an issue with any of my vehicles the staff takes the time to explain what the problems is. They are ways pleasant and patient. I highly recommend this business to all. Thank you

My Car battery die and young man was kind enough to give me a jump star. Than after we proceed for a smog check . Great customer service! Great Smog location!

My diesel pickup broke down on the way to Big Bear from San Diego with a car full of kids. My fuel pump assembly went out and was more than I could repair myself on the side of the road. Wally and Eliab at Alessandro Smog were able to get me in on the spot. They drove to the Chevy dealership, picked up the new housing assembly, installed it and had us on the road within two hours!
