Alex Auto Overcharges Beware of Alex Auto Repair. He quoted me for a repair 5 hours.. he showed up an hour late and did the repair in 1 hour and charged me for 5 hours.. I questioned it and he said doesn't matter if it takes 10 minutes he does not charge by the hour he charges by the job.. Clearly I have his text for a quote that states 5 hours and his receipt for 5 hours. And he did not fix the problem.. if you would like to see the screen shots I have them all. So use him if you want but beware how he is overcharging. I have a squeak in the rear of my truck.. He diagnosed it as rear coil springs...
