Bought a scion tc from the guy. 2 weeks later the right brake caliber started to stick and warped the rotar. Brought it back they fixed it no issue.. A week later the left side made a funny noise so I called him to tell him. He said I was "finding things wrong with the vehicle" just to have it fixed for free. The wheel was shaking and it was making weird noises. A few days later I brought it up after they agreed to fix it. And in the exit ramp my wheel literally fell off. The owner said someone sabataged my lug nuts and someone loosened them. But they were the last ones to touch the car. Plus I'm on a military installation. They fixed the wheel but refused to pay for the body damage caused by the wheel falling off. The owner also lied on the bill of sale saying it had 1000 less miles then
