Alex Car Wash

My review of this place will be on several fronts. 1) The accessibility is great; It is right off of Avenue B which is a one-way westbound lane. It makes it very easy to get in and out of and it's on the way to work for people going into Dallas or Garland. 2) The location however can seem sketchy. But the good thing is there are no homeless people hanging out at this location. And I've seen the owner there on several occasions cleaning and picking up trash. The actual washing facility and equipment are good. The price is also goo, it's $1 for 3 minutes. I've noticed that the pressure washer has been fixed because it did not pressure wash the previous few times. I came for the vacuums. 75 cents seems like a good deal but seeing the duct tape on the hose just didnt seem like it would promise a good suction and my car has so many crumbs... i just think i need someone more reliable.

$1 gives you 3 minutes. The sign says a horn will sound at the 1 minute mark, there was no such horn 2 other cars were also washing never heard their horn either so just keep an eye on your time and don't deepened on the horn. Be careful how you switch from brush and water the top track things got stuck. Inspect the hose before using it some are all taped up and leaked everywhere.
