Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this wheel alignment shop. I came in for a wheel alignment, and the staff initially quoted me $69.99. Based on that clear price, I agreed to proceed. However, after waiting about 15 minutes, one of the employees came back and suddenly told me that the rear alignment would cost an additional $40, something that was never mentioned upfront. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. It’s not about the extra $40 — it’s about honesty and professional communication. Customers deserve to know the full price before any work is even considered, not after being made to wait. I hit a coyote on a road trip and was recommended to Alex Collision Center by a relative who had taken their car there previously. They replaced my bumper, and the work they did was absolutely spot on—no visible drips, overspray, or orange peel, and the paint matched perfectly. The price was reasonable, and the job was done in a timely manner. At the time, the clutch on my vehicle was starting to slip a bit and was due for replacement soon. I asked if they also did mechanical work—and they sure do! They took my vehicle in, replaced the clutch, and had it ready to go on more roadtrips. Very unprofessional didn’t even bother to clean inside of my car . All that dust from sanding all over inside of my car . Left a lot of black type of glue on the left side front windshield . They used a used damage door didn’t even bother to fix inside .can’t even open the door from the inside .

I brought my GMC Sierra to them since I had a little accident and hit a pole on the side of my truck. They gave me a decent quote and time line. They took longer than expect it to give me my truck back. But it was worth the wait. They are awesome people and I would highly recommend them. Take a look at the before and after pictures, they speak for themselves Hicieron muy buen trabajado y con precio razonable . *only thing they did forget to double check was the roof. Their were spots that were not painted properly.as shown in The last image. I cannot complain for the price I paid I feel like the paint job was better than I expected.
