My daughter bought her first car with him. He went above beyond what ANY other dealer has ever done for us EVER. He made sure everything was tip top shape, made some small repairs he really didn't have to make in full honesty, and ensured her car was detailed before she drove it to college. I have NEVER found a used car dealer that offered anything like that. He also kept his word on every single part of the deal we made on the car. I will most definitely be a customer of his as long as he is in business. I can promise one thing. If there is a bad review on this man, it's because they either have a personal vendetta or don't have a clue how the car business or mechanic business works. I can promise it was not fault of Alex. Stand up man and runs a high quality business.

I have had nothing but Excellent service with Alex. He is a very nice and understanding sales man whatever you need fixed he’s always right there to help. I have had my car now for 3 years and he’s always fixed what needed to be worked on.

Bought a pick up truck from Alex and la familia auto. Great customer service, good vehicles at great prices. About a year later and Im still happy with my purchase and my truck still running strong. 1000% recommend.

Needed repair kept my vehicle 6 1/2 weeks. Sept 9 2025 until today 12-23-2025 Not fixed yet. Alex takes advantage of Senior, Women , and Widows. Got paid and haven’t answered to calls or now BBB waiting for correspondence from other officials

Amazon flex driver here.. finished a route out in Huntsville and broke down on the side of Hwy 412… right in front of this shop. Thank goodness they were open. Friendly service and had me back on the road in my god forsaken 2006 Toyota.
