Alexander Collision Center

Very poor experience while working with shop and personal. My vehicle was damaged while being worked on which delayed vehicle return by over two weeks. Found a lot of over spray on all my chrome which they declined to pay for. Will not return there, very unhappy.

Wow! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today at Alexander Collision Center in Oxnard, CA. Karl went above and beyond to repair the damage I caused by bumping the stupid carport divider at my complex. He repaired it free of charge and it only took about 15 minutes! I highly recommend Alexander Collision Center!

As soon as my accident occurred, I was devastated! But, I thought of Alexander Collision!! Robert was so friendly and the entire staff was as well! The technicians made my car look just like new!! I'm super pleased. What started out as a headache ended up being relief. Quality is 10/10 and the value is right on par! Very competitive and they didn't rush it, perfection with professionalism!! Alexander GMC collision is the best. We were traveling cross country and hit a deer. Karl helped us when our insurance company didn't want to. He got our insurance to pay for the all the damages and we had our truck back within a week and a half. If your looking for a place to take your vehicle bring it here. They were very helpful and put our minds at ease. They have the best customer service.
