I only trust Alexander with my car repairs. His shop deliveries amazing quality with honorable prices, plus kind and efficient service. I even recommend his shop to my boyfriend and now he is both of our trusted mechanic. I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know who has an car issues.

Took car in for warning code diagnostic. Initially things were fine and worker was helpful/kind. After test drive came back and was abruptly sent away with a rough and dismissive attitude by the owner. Seemed like frustrations were taken out on me for no apparent reason. Overall not a great attitude towards customers. No reason to speak in such a way to anyone for that matter. I genuinely hope everything is good and it seems like they are typically solid. Unfortunately, this was my experience.

I’d been driving by this beautiful building for months. So glad I dropped in today for an oil change and a yearly service. Alex’s team is first rate. Fast turn around. Fair prices. I’m using him from now on.

Took a 2013 GLK350 here for repair. Repairs included engine mounts, oil change, brakes, fuel sending pump, rear struts, amongst other things. Bill was about 1/2 the price of nearby mercedes competitors. The work was quick, and all issues were remediated within 2 to 3 days. Would recommend using again. Also highly recommend Alex's son, Bryan -- really nice and easy to work w/ over email.
