My wife and I have been taking our cars to Doug for about two years now. I can honestly say that Doug is an outstanding mechanic and person. He is honest, hardworking, professional, and cares greatly about servicing and maintaining his customers’ cars. He always makes sure cars are safe and reliable. I would give him more than five stars if I could. Additionally, having bought a car from him, I can also say he is a trustworthy and honest dealer. Highly recommend.

I bought my Subaru Forester from Doug a couple years back. It’s been a decent car and he’s been a not-to-shabby mechanic. That is, until this last few months. My cars engine blew, I sent it to him, waited the two weeks he said it would take to replace it, called him a few times in one day, which he ended up answering me and yelling at me over the phone for inconveniencing him by calling too often. I apologized before the call was ended and thought it was all good. Then, he proceeds to ignore me for two and a half MONTHS. Ignoring both calls and messages. Meanwhile, I have no transportation and no idea when I will. Finally, I get a ride up there, and as soon as he sees us he plays like he was “just gonna bring it in the shop,” that day. We have him sit with it for three more days, come back

Horrible service. Bought a car and needed to bring it back 2 in 1 week. Headlight was malfunctioning and then I lost my brakes completely after he told me that he replaced them all. He also blocked me from calling because I called twice in one day. Then while I was waiting for my car to get fixed he said some very disrespectful things to me because I parked in the road a little bit, might I add that he never told me this was a problem in the first place. He was although nicer to my fiance which we all know what that means. Very unprofessional if he feels like he already has your money

Doug was great! He gave me a more than fair price for my Subaru. He was extremely fast in coming to look at my car and was so friendly and efficient and generous! Recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell or fix a Subi!!

Love my forester. Mr. Alexander is refreshingly honest and knows all about the car he sells you and stand's behind it to. He is honest and knows his subaru's. I consider myself blessed to have found him and I am grateful for his outstanding character. I highly recommend him as a dealer and mechanic.
