One of the best shops, if not the best around. Kyle and Matt go out of their way…not for an extra buck but because they are great people. They explained what they did, what they found, asked great questions and took time to understand what I experienced. Love these guys and appreciate their customer service!

I'll attest to the fact this place does some incredible work, even just calling the store, you get greeted in a professional yet friendly manner. Its comforting. Simply the best! I've had a few vehicles here for service the past few years and have always been taken care of in the most professional way. Just yesterday, I had to take my Son's car in for new brakes and even though they were completely booked, made time to squeeze us in before he returned to College. Appreciated their honesty, fair pricing, and professionalism! Highly recommend !

I didn’t even get my car repaired by them and already trust them! Let me explain: my engine light came on, I called and talked to one of the owners (I believe it was John) for about 20 minutes. He explained my error code, the likely problems and how I should look into my factory warranty before bringing the car to him. Let me repeat that, instead of taking advantage of my ignorance he turned down my business because it was the right thing to do. Low and behold I called the dealer and the problem was covered. Cost me $0. Well needless to say, Alexander’s may have not got my business this time but you can guarantee I’ll be back to them for any other repair not covered by my warranty and I’ll be sure to spread the word.
