I had a major repair done on my vehicle there recently, after transferring my car from another auto shop that was going to charge me almost double for the same service. Alexander's was honest and affordable in their pricing, and the work they did was great. We have returned since to have other maintenance done on our vehicles and I recommend them to my friends and family.

Did a wonderful job on getting my vehicle working as well as working with me and my limited budget. Walked me through what they did and what I could continue to work on when feasible. As a woman who knows very little about cars they explained things clearly and I could tell they weren't trying to push a bunch of unnecessary or crazy expensive fixes, or trying to nickel and dime me. I trust them, their work, and how they run their busy. It will be the only place I will be going!

I had a really good experience and I don't know very much about cars and they were very informative and friendly. Very timely and texted a great report of everything going on with my car. I called back and they were very patient about explaining everything. Great service. I highly recommend!

If you are able, bring your vehicle here. Jarod is the most knowledgeable auto-mechanic I have ever worked with. I've been bringing my jeep here for a while. He quickly diagnoses the problem, explains the solution and fixes it if you wish. If you go in for regular maintenance, he will bullet point any issues, but will not push them on you to be fixed. He just explains the issue and what it means and will provide recommendations. I just brought my jeep in this morning for what I thought was an issue. He diagnosed, found normal behavior, and then explained in detail what was going on. In and out, no problem.

These guys are fantastic. They got me in and out super quickly, and prices came in way below anyone elses. They did fantastic work, and went above and beyond to get my truck, and car back on the road. This is where I will be going from now on, and where I will be sending all my friends. They are honest, gave me fantastic advice and were super friendly.
