Was with another shop for over 10 years. Always happy with them, but as they grew it seemed like they were just cranking out cars as fast as they could and missed things the last year or two. Found Alexander's and read the reviews. Made an appointment for inspection, oil/filter change, and wipers. Also left a note about problems with Jeep and previous experience with another shop. They were professional and listened, but just stuck to facts of case. That's great! All my concerns were addresses and got our Jeep back the same day. Highly recommend

Great, honest service. Shane at the front desk was very helpful and helped me when my check engine light was on. He ran a diagnostic test and discovered something that was covered under warranty by Subaru. It would have cost $1,300+ to repair but is free under warranty by the manufacturer. It is so nice that Shane took the time to explain this to me and allow me to get this fixed for free instead of spending all that money. The whole experience was fantastic and I will certainly be going back.

Alexander's has been doing my work for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Saved my Civic with a horrible headgasket and have put 40 k on the car since with 100% reliability. Recently tried fixing my Infiniti myself, and after running into big problems, they saved me again, putting the engine back together and it is running stronger than ever. They are not cheap, but the quality of work is priceless in my book.

Alexander’s is an honest and affordable shop which is hard to come by in this area. I tried them on a whim one day, and now I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. Plus the waiting room is clean, the service advisors are very friendly and knowledgable, and the technicians do a fantastic job. Couldn’t ask for anything else! Thank you!
