Alfa Romeo of Westbury Service & Parts Center

I worked with Andrew. I live across the country and bought a Toyota RAV4. Andrew was on top of the whole process and was very helpful. All paperwork was done before I even got there, so I was in and out of the dealership in 5 minutes. Great experience. Great communication. Great people.

I've been a client at the Alfa Romeo Service Center of Westbury since 2022, and I've consistently had excellent experiences here. From scheduling to service, everything runs smoothly and professionally. I was able to make an appointment today and bring in my Stelvio on the same day. The representative on the phone made the process quick and easy. Upon arriving, my service advisor Chris immediately came out to greet me and went over my concerns in detail. I can't say enough about Chris-his customer service is exceptional, and he explains everything clearly so I always understand exactly what my car needs. Chris kept me updated throughout the process, and the technician even pointed out recommended future services without any pressure. The waiting time was very reasonable, and the waiting ar

The service of the car was very thorough and I learned a lot about the car seeing as I have only had it two months. Excellent communication about the fixes the car needed. Minor but important. Car is running noticeably better.

Had a tire blowout where I needed a new tire; utilized the tire and wheel protection with Zurich that I had purchased with the vehicle. VIP package came clutch as I was able to have my car towed from Queens to the Service Center. Obtained 2 new tires and also decided to have my rims refinished. Price of extra new tire not covered with mounting expenses were very fair. My point of contact was Wilkins who was able to accommodate everything I needed with my car. Apologies as I’m unable remember everyone’s names but, great staff, where everyone was available to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Great experience and I commend the work done. Thank you all, and much appreciated.
